Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at oyahnaturalskincare.com. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

We make every attempt to ship no more than 4 business days after receiving an order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:
Oyah Natural Skincare is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost or stolen Items:
We are not liable or responsible for any products lost or stolen during shipping/ transit. If you experience this, please contact USPS to file a claim.

Damages:
If an item breaks in transit, please email us with a picture of the damages and your order number and we will be happy to replace it promptly to the best of our ability. If an item is no longer available, we will offer you a full refund.

International Shipping Policy:
We currently do not ship outside of the U.S.
